Returns & Exchanges

Many of our products are handmade with love & care. This means there may be some slight imperfections and variations to the size, shape or colour of the products featured on our website. The greatest care is taken to accurately display these pieces however their uniqueness is what we love - it's what makes them special, it's what makes them yours. 

Here at The Little Life Collective, we are confident you will love your purchases as much as we do! We know that on occasion, something may not be quite right and we're here to help.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you wish to an exchange an item, please contact us via email at info@thelittlelifecollective.com and we will do our best to facilitate your request. 

In the event of an exchange, return shipping will be at the buyers expense. The Little Life Collective hold no responsibility for returned items that are damaged or missing in transit. Any returns must meet the following standards:

  • Item is unused, unwashed and unaltered
  • Item is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging
  • Item must be packaged with care to avoid damage in transit
  • Item must be sent via registered or trackable post

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery & beauty items. 

PLEASE NOTE: all purchases on sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email at info@thelittlelifecollective.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the faulty item.

Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will be in touch via email with the next steps - whether that be repair, replacement or refund.
